"This letter is a thank you to you and your company Home Team Experts for doing such a fine job on our roof installation. Below I have summarized what was done and manner in which it was done.

1. You brought to my attention the need that a new roof should be installed on our office building as a result of the hail storm that had occurred in the month of July. You pointed out in detail the damage the storm caused.
2. The insurance adjuster and you reviewed the damage and you then pointed out to him several problems that he would not have included in the damage report to insurance company.
3. You helped me select a quality shingle, comparable, actually better than what had been installed when the building was built in 1995.
4. Then you coordinated all very quickly, always keeping me informed, the ordering of the materials and the sub contractors that were going to do the job.
5. Then in a matter of two weeks the job was scheduled on the weekend when it would not interfere with the people in our office building.
6. I could not believe the job could be done so quickly, but in just 2 days the old roof was removed, the ice and water shield was installed and new shingles were put in place, even in adverse weather conditions. Then everything was cleaned up and by Monday morning you could not tell that a new roof had just been installed.
7. Your company and your subs did a great job and this was confirmed by a representative of the shingle company. I asked him to look at the roof because several of the shingles were not laying flat as a result of the cool temperatures during the installation. He assured me that this would not be an issue and by the middle of summer the shingles would all be flat and well sealed. After looking at the roof this past week, I noticed that almost all of the shingles in question are already flat. This I am guessing has occurred as a result of the warm spell between Christmas and New Years.


All in all, I was very pleased by your attention to detail, the efficiency, the communication and quality of installation. I would certainly recommend your company, Home Team Experts, to any one that is need of your services. "
